Terms of service.

By creating a MyLooke account or using the app you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

How we handle your data is covered separately in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. One account per person.

Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate details — the measurements depend on your height, weight and age being honest, and so does everything built on them.

Your content stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only so far as running the service requires — measuring your scan, analysing a garment, generating a try-on, syncing your wardrobe between devices. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

We do not use your photos or measurements to train models, and we do not license them to anyone.

Only upload photos you have the right to upload. Photographs of other people need their agreement.

This matters, so plainly: MyLooke estimates your measurements from photographs. The numbers carry confidence scores and they are not a tailor’s tape. Pose, clothing, lighting and camera position all move them.

Use them as a guide for buying clothes. Do not rely on them for anything medical, diagnostic or safety-related. MyLooke is not a medical device and gives no health advice. Styling suggestions are opinions, not promises about fit.

Do not use MyLooke to break the law, to upload someone else’s images without permission, to generate imagery of another person without their agreement, to reverse engineer the service, to scrape it, or to try to get at other users’ data. We may suspend accounts that do.

MyLooke is early software. Features may change, break or disappear, and the service may be unavailable while we work on it. We will not deliberately delete your data without telling you.

MyLooke is currently free while in early access. If we introduce paid plans we will say so before anything is charged, and any purchase inside the app will go through Apple.

Delete your account whenever you like, from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Deleting the app alone does not delete your account.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for clothing that does not fit. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We will update the date above when these terms change, and tell you in the app when a change is significant. Continuing to use MyLooke after that means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute.
