MyLooke began with a stubborn question: why does every styling app have an opinion about your clothes and no idea about your body? We decided to measure first and style second.
Why we built it
Clothes are cut for an average nobody actually is.
Every garment on a rail is drafted against a size chart a set of averages a factory agreed on years ago. Bodies do not read the chart. Shoulders sit wider, torsos sit longer, one arm measures differently from the other. The gap between the pattern and the person is where the morning dread lives: a full wardrobe, and nothing in it that feels right.
Most styling apps work around that gap rather than closing it. They ask for a dress size, or a single photo, and infer the rest. It is a guess wearing the clothes of advice, and it comes apart the moment the advice meets a real body.
Other apps guess your size. We measure it.
So we built the measuring first and the styling on top of it. Two photos, front and side, read on-device by Apple Vision: thirty-five measurements, each with a confidence score. Everything that comes after your digitised wardrobe, the outfit waiting each morning, the try-on rendered on your own body stands on those numbers instead of assumptions. That is the whole thesis. Fit truth first, taste on top.

Measurement over guesswork
A size chart is an average with a marketing department behind it. Your scan reads thirty-five measurements from two photos, each with its own confidence score, and every suggestion that follows is built from those numbers rather than a dress size you typed in.
Privacy by default
The two-photo body scan is processed on your iPhone by Apple Vision. Your photos and your measurements belong to you: they are never sold, and they never train anything.
Taste is personal, not a trend feed
We are not here to run the same five silhouettes past everyone. MyLooke learns your colours, your wardrobe and what you actually reach for then explains its reasoning in plain words, so you can disagree with it.
