How MyLooke handles your photos, your measurements and your account. Last updated 24 September 2026.
The short version
MyLooke needs two things to work: a picture of your body and pictures of your clothes. Both are personal, so here is exactly what happens to them.
We do not sell your data. We do not run advertising. There is no analytics or tracking SDK in the app, and it never asks for the advertising identifier. Your photos and measurements are not used to train our models or anybody else’s.
What we collect
Account details. Your email address and a password, plus your name if you give one. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash — we cannot read yours.
Body details. Age, gender, height and weight as you enter them, and the measurements derived from your scan.
Photos. The two scan photos, photos of garments you add to your wardrobe, and any photo you supply for a try-on or a Looks Studio render.
Wardrobe and preferences. The items you save, your style answers from onboarding, outfits you keep or dismiss, and plans you create.
What stays on your iPhone
Pose detection during capture runs on-device through Apple Vision — the live camera preview, the skeleton overlay and the framing checks never leave your phone, and no video is recorded or transmitted.
Your wardrobe, plans and saved outfits are held on-device and synced to your account so a new phone can restore them.
What leaves your iPhone, and who sees it
The still photos you capture or choose are sent to our API and on to the processors below. Each one receives only what its job needs, acts on our instructions, and is not permitted to use your data for its own purposes.
| Processor | What it receives | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| 3DLOOK (SAIA) | Body-scan photos, height, weight, gender | Turns two photos into body measurements. This is the scan engine. |
| Google (Firebase AI / Gemini) | Garment and style photos | Reads what a garment is — type, colour, pattern, formality. |
| OpenAI | Garment descriptions and photos | Refines garment analysis and writes styling guidance. |
| Replicate | Garment photos | Cuts the garment out of its background and builds masks. |
| Higgsfield | Photos of you, garment images | Renders the model and outfit images in Looks Studio. |
| PromptDresser | A photo of you, a garment image | Generates the virtual try-on image. |
| Resend | Email address | Sends transactional email — password resets only. |
| Hostinger | Everything stored in the account database | Hosts the database and API. |
Some of these operate outside your country, so your data may be processed abroad under appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Scan photos and 3D meshes are deleted automatically on a retention window set in the service configuration. Your account, your measurements and your wardrobe are kept for as long as the account exists.
Delete your account and the account record and its scan history are removed. Processors hold their own short-lived copies of anything they generated; those age out on their schedules.
Your choices
Delete everything. Profile → Settings → Delete Account, inside the app. No email required.
Get a copy, or a correction. Ask us and we will send what we hold or fix what is wrong.
Permissions. Camera and photo access are asked for when a feature needs them and can be withdrawn at any time in iOS Settings; the rest of the app keeps working.
Children
MyLooke is not intended for children. Do not create an account if you are under 16. If we learn that we hold a child’s data we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top, and tell you in the app when the change is significant.
